Admin Clerk/Assistant
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and logistical arrangements.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.
Requirements:
Required Skills:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in administrative roles (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of office procedures and administrative systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
- Ability to multitask and work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
