In 2024, we were entrusted with supplying and installing 19 units of 6-meter FRP caged ladders at Edra Melaka Power Plant (EMPP) in Alor Gajah, Melaka. These ladders replaced the existing FRP ladders, which had become compromised due to clam attachment byssal threads. Our team of 10 skilled workers completed the installation within three weeks, ensuring a smooth transition while also using the opportunity to enhance their expertise. This project highlights the advantages of FRP solutions in power plant infrastructure, offering superior corrosion resistance, safety, and longevity. Ensuring worker safety and long-term durability in industrial facilities is crucial, especially in environments exposed to harsh conditions like seawater.
