The primary goal of this project was to create a durable, long-lasting signage solution that could withstand outdoor exposure while maintaining its visual clarity and structural integrity. Traditional materials like wood or metal often degrade under harsh environmental conditions—especially in plantations or remote industrial sites.

In this 2024 supply, our team delivered 20 FRP signage boards to serve as plantation entrance stands. The client required a solution that was:

  • Long-lasting with minimal maintenance

  • Visually striking even in remote or outdoor areas

  • Customizable in size and surface finish

Using hand lay-up fabrication, each board was shaped and laminated to withstand prolonged exposure to sun and rain. This approach ensures a lightweight yet sturdy frame, reducing the need for frequent repairs or replacement.
