Are you technically inclined and fluent in Mandarin? Mui Fatt Group, under our Hexagon MF division, is expanding our sales support team!
We are currently hiring a Technical Sales Support Specialist to act as a vital link between our technical, sales, and production departments, especially for clients and suppliers from the People’s Republic of China (PRC).
Job Responsibilities:

- Provide technical sales support by assisting customers in selecting appropriate rubber and plastic products based on their specifications and needs.
- Act as the primary liaison for PRC-based clients and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Manage inquiries, quotations, and order processing, ensuring timely follow-ups and delivery tracking.
- Work closely with the engineering and production teams to understand product specifications and resolve technical queries.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical training for clients and internal teams.
- Support the business development team in identifying new market opportunities and potential customers.
- Assist in handling quality issues and customer feedback, collaborating with relevant departments to resolve concerns.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and documentation for management review.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to improve product positioning and sales strategies.
- Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) – essential for PRC communication.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with rubber and plastic products is an added advantage.
- Detail-oriented with good documentation skills.
- Ability to work well with technical teams and understand product specs.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Salary Range
RM 3,000 – RM 3,500
