For our FRP hand-laid products, we generally do not enforce a minimum order quantity once the mold for that specific product is built. However, please note that the MOQ might vary based on factors such as the mold’s design complexity or shape, and surcharges may apply if the MOQ is not met. We strive to remain flexible to suit your project needs.

Yes, we do offer build-to-make or prototype services for orders as small as a single unit, subject to product design. Please note that producing less than 10 units typically incurs higher costs compared to bulk production with a dedicated mold. Our standard payment terms are based on cash transactions with no credit terms available. For orders requiring customization, a deposit may be required prior to production.

We accept bank transfers as our primary payment method. Please send proof of transfer once your payment is completed. For smaller amounts, we also accept Touch ‘n Go eWallet payments. Please note that we do not accept credit card payments or cheque collections at the client site. If paying by cheque, you must provide proof of bank deposit to our sales administration before delivery can proceed. For urgent orders, full payment must be received prior to the start of production, and deliveries will be held until payment confirmation is received.

No, Mui Fatt Marketing Sdn Bhd is not registered for SST. Our product pricing includes SST as applicable.

All invoices are issued digitally without signatures, so please provide your email address to receive them. We generate the official invoice only after receiving signed delivery orders from our transport team—typically within 7-10 working days following delivery confirmation. For our regular customers, invoices are issued on a monthly basis.

No. We do not provide sample for our customers. You may need to purchase a unit for your purpose. sample for molded grating are avaible upon request. 

Yes, we require a signed Purchase Order (PO) to proceed with processing your order. We will not process any PO that is not signed, unless there is a specific remark indicating that a signature is not required. Please ensure that your PO is properly signed to avoid any delays in order fulfillment.
