Do you provide delivery services to West Malaysia ?
Please note that this service is still pending. While we do have a few transportation providers available, our experience indicates that customers in West Malaysia often find it more convenient to arrange a pickup from our factory using their own delivery agent.
Do you provide unloading goods at site?
No, we do not provide unloading services at the delivery site. Due to the bulky nature of our products—especially water tanks—it can be challenging for our drivers to assist with unloading. We recommend that customers arrange for a forklift or overhead crane at the site to handle unloading. Our drivers are responsible for delivery only, and if proper unloading equipment is not available, we may have to ask the driver to return the product. Additionally, please note that our drivers typically allow a waiting time of 15-30 minutes; any delay beyond this may incur extra charges. We encourage you to ensure that unloading arrangements are made in advance.
