Fiberglass Baffle Panel
Fiberglass Baffle Panels have a longer life cycle than wood, concrete, or steel baffle panels, which are subject to rot or corrosion. Therefore, they are more cost-effective than those alternatives. Baffle panels are available in 12” and 24” widths for easy fabrication and installation of new systems or rehabilitation of existing systems. They can be easily mounted to existing concrete H-beams for walls with clip angles.
The Fiberglass Baffle Panel - Hand-laid - is an excellent flow control apparatus within the water treatment industry. The benefits of using it include being corrosion-resistant, high-strength, lightweight, low-maintenance, UV-resistant, low-conductivity, and dimensionally stable.
Common applications of the Fiberglass Baffle Panel are municipal water and wastewater systems, aeration chambers, contact chambers, and retention basins. Compared to wood, concrete, or steel baffle panels that are subject to rot or corrosion, Fiberglass Baffle Panels have a longer life cycle and are, therefore, more cost-effective.
The Baffle Panel is available in 12” and 24” widths, making it easy to fabricate and install in new systems or rehabilitate existing ones. It can be easily mounted to existing concrete H-beams for walls with clip angles.
Panel sizes are available in two options:
- SIZE A: 24" W x 2" H x 6m or 3m per panel
- SIZE B: 12" W x 2" H x 6m or 3m per panel
