A very convention way to build pool to avoid water leaking is to undergo fiberglass lamination to prevent water leaking onto conrete or others. Fiberglass is very flexible and can do a good job follow curve and shape of a concrete tank. The surface with tissue and rich resin gelcoat make fiberglass lamination a good option for safe of swimming pool & user. More over, most of the water slide and pool application, fiberglass had already proven is better material compare to steel since swimming pool often need to be clean with chlorine water. 

Other application is an wastewater underground tank or close chamber which required corrosion protection and water proofing to concrete tank. Fiberglass will be laminate onto the concrete wall to provide this benefits. 

The next application is to laminate fiberglass onto steel structure. Comparing to epoxy coating, fiberglass lamination or fiberglass lining can provide a good corrosion barrier and so it can extend the integrity of the steel structure from corrosion. A very good example is the fertilizer plant equipment to be coat with fiberglass to extend the shelf life of the equipment’s. Support structure for plat form like I beam C channel or Square hollow also can be laminated then be install again at site. In comparison to epoxy coating, the fiberglass has been reinforced with glass with unsaturated polyester resin and provide strength to scratches and impact than epoxy coating. 

Lastly, Fiberglass lamination can be done flooring of the roof top or toilet flooring. This is to provide an water proofing layer to the concrete. After concrete wall casted, FRP lamination can be apply then the concrete tank can be use as a water tank inner layer.

Rate base on Surface Area of the application 
Surface preparation : soft grinding on or sandblasted surface on Mild steel strutcure / substrate.
